Whilst in the UK we owned a professional property management company -with 16 full time staff, we are now bring this expertise in property management, property cleaning and property maintenance to Paphos Cyprus .

Our UK property management company worked on many large contracts including property cleaning contracts from national house builders.

We were employed by national estate agents to clean and maintain their properties and offices.

A number of UK based letting agents used our cleaning and property management services for their home owner services.

With this wealth of experience we now intend to offer our excellent property services to the villa and apartment owners of Paphos Cyprus .. We have visited Paphos for quite a number of years and are holiday property owners ourselves in Paphos, having a good understanding of the difficulties that do arise from renting you property as a holiday rental.

We are also introducing professional upholstery cleaning in Paphos using the Prochem upholstery system of Chemicals.. Fully trained operators will clean your floor coverings and upholstery with a hot-water extraction system, using Prochem products.
