Mid term cleaning
If a client requires a mid term clean and change of bed linen, towels etc then a charge of 7 Euro per person will be incurred for changing beds/ towels and laundering and/or 15-25 Euro for a general clean and tidy around if requested dependant on size of property.
We strongly suggest that only the bedding/towels required for the letting are used, so that the client cannot change them from an available supply.
Meet & Greet
If client requires a personal meeting at the property a charge of 12 Euro will apply.
During this visit we will advise them of anything they require to know.
However if they use the key safe, then no charge. We are available on our mobile
24 hrs a day. However a call out charge of 20 Euro is payable if a call out is necessary.

From Paphos airport to Kato Paphos/Universal 27.50 Euro one way, 52 Euro return (max 4)

We are happy to undertake general DIY jobs at a pre-quoted price, and to source the relevant materials. POA. If a qualified tradesman is require then we are happy to obtain comparible quotations for you.
Garden & Pool Maintenance
General gardening, tidying, wood treatment (treatments extra) 10 Euro/hr
Pools fully maintained including chemicals from 50 Euro month (2x weekly summer, 1x weekly winter)
