• Clean all areas of kitchen, including cupboards, drawers, all appliances
• Check cleanliness of crockery
  
• Clean sanitary ware, tiles, mirrors, shower
• Hoover, mop all floors, moving furniture.
  
• Dust, polish all furniture
  
• Sweep, mop patio/balcony floors
  
• Remove insects from high areas
  
• Regularly clean light fittings, air con filters, architraves, door furniture, doors
  
• Clean windows in and out (as long as they are accessible) as required
  
• Keep sun furniture clean and presentable
  
• Laundering of bedding, towels, tea towels for 4 persons
  
• Supplying of all cleaning materials and equipment for our use only
  
• Complete check of property for missing/damage/breakages upon departure

2 bed apt 55 Euro per clean max 4 persons

2 bed house/villa 70 Euro per clean max 4 persons

3 bed house/villa 80 Euro per clean max 6 persons

4 bed house/villa 90 Euro per clean max 8 persons

If occupancy is greater than quoted then a charge of 5 Euro per person is applicable for laundry.

If occupancy is considerably under occupied price will be confirmed prior to let.

If paid 12 months in advance then 2 months free of charge
